"We're very sorry to announce this, but our show in Gothenburg has been cancelled. We apologise to all our fans who will be disappointed and inconvenienced by this. The venue has a noise meter and we have been given unrealistic levels of volume which we are told is the law of the land in Sweden. There is a hefty fine for breach of this law that is so great it has been decided not to play since it is 100% certain that the law would be broken.

Once again, our apologies for the cancellation but venues with noise meters and enforced low limits of volume should never book high energy rock bands. Basically that is stupid."
