Britiske The Maccabees er snart klar med oppfølgeren til sitt strålende debutalbum, Colour It In, som fikk 9 av 10 av Musikknyheter.no i 2007. Bandet har vært i studio sammen med Markus Dravs som også har arbeidet med Arcade Fire, Bjork og Coldplay.

The Maccabees har lagt ut låten No Kind Words for gratis download på sin nettside.

Gitarist Hugo White sier følgende om låten til NME -"We can't wait to hear what people think of it and see how it goes down on the forums and online. It's one of the earlier songs we wrote [for the album], and it's got quite a dark undertone to it which is actually quite different from the way the rest of the record sounds. I should say - it sits in with the record fine but they don't all sound this dark!"
